For a refund to be processed, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours from the delivery date.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Please note that certain items, such as intimate wear, accessories, and personalized/customized products, cannot be refunded due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
