ORDERING AND PAYMENT

To place an order, simply explore our collection, select your desired items, choose the appropriate size, and click "Add to Cart." When you’re ready to complete your purchase, proceed to the checkout and follow the provided instructions.

If you need to change your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, making modifications may no longer be feasible.

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement or return as outlined in our return policy.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your order details. If you don’t find this email, please check your spam folder or contact customer support.

RETURN & CANCELLATIONS

To begin a return, please go to our Returns page and fill out the return form. Make sure to include your order number and the reason for the return, then follow the instructions provided.  

Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process the return and issue your refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
